PURSUIT OF POWER
Our Pro-Studio employs the use of state of the art smart trainers and software, to extract every watt you can generate. Over time, you will learn the dynamics of how to ride with more efficiency and develop more power. Each class is designed to meet specific training objectives, split into 30 and 50 minute programs.
RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low-impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session.
With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.
RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!
Newcomers have the option of Smart Stay. You can start off with 4 tracks and gradually work your way up to a full class. So everyone’s welcomed to join in.

CYCOSPIN is an indoor cycling workout where you ride along to motivational music following a profile set by the instructor. Varying set of choreography for each class enables the instructor to change the profile every session to ensure the participants are always being pushed to reach their fitness goals and remain fully motivated. A more freestyle approach allows the instructor to lead the class through powerful climbs as well as short sharp bursts and undulating hills to maximize your workouts.
CYCOSPIN – Sweet Chilli
A short 30 minutes ride but nonetheless a spicy ride with sweet added at times, expect to feel the burn
CYCOSPIN – Mixed Terrain
A ride that have mixes of everything, starting with an easy to medium ride with recoveries along the way and ending hard at the finish line
CYCOSPIN – Extreme
Less recovery throughout and hard rides just like in the chasing peloton with constant attacks along the ride

Going retro with your favourite musics from the 80’s-90’s, sing along to end the week with an easy to medium ride with recoveries along the way and ending hard at the finish line

Hills galore!! Short hills, long hills and shadows on the hills. Prepare to build on your climbing power

Work on your endurance for longer sustained rides. Improve your cadence and your stamina.

Take a journey through virtual worlds, go on a space travel, burning calories with each challenge and generate energy. Challenge your team and mates to reach the highest score and break the Club leader board.
Spivi® turns traditional indoor cycling sessions into a fun and thrilling experience. Group activity is monitored in real time by Spivi’s core engine which uses it to simulate outdoor riding experience projected on screen.
Members can set their personal avatars on screen, track their training goals and gain better results over time. The awesome scenery and the friendly competition will push people to their limits, increases their motivation and gives a fantastic workout.
Members’ data such as power, cadence, speed, heart rate and more are collected and saved. Reports, emails and more are provided after each class. Spivi is also integrated with social networks like Facebook and Twitter, so keeping your friends updated is easy.

After a long and hard weekend on the saddle, we all need a recovery ride especially during Monday Blues. Sit back and enjoy a quick 30 or 50minutes recovery spin! Burn calories and lift up your metabolic rate to continue burning after the class

If you want to climb like one of the best climbers in the world, you got to train like one! Ride through virtual world terrains and experience complete indulgence with our state-of-the-art Spivi.
A mix and match of short sprints, small climbs and speed intervals to get you hyped up and ready for the weekend! Excellent for creating afterburn. Keep burning after the class ends.

Our Pro Studio is a safe, all-weather environment that gives you the opportunity to train on real road bicycles. You are welcome to bring your own bicycle or you can use one of ours. All our programmes are designed to bring out the best in you. We focus primarily on measurable power that will make you stronger, fitter and a better all-round cyclist.
We use real bikes on state-of-the-art smart trainers because a typical indoor spin bike cannot replicate the feeling of being on a road bike with real gears. With this, you get the realism of being on the road, such as the ability to change gears just like you would on real rides, without being subject to the elements.
The Pro Studio is also equipped to display real-time data. This means, your power output, heart rate and other important information is presented on large displays directly in front of you as you train. All this data can be uploaded to your Strava or Training Peaks once you complete your ride.
CYCO- H I I T
A series of high intensity short intervals to improve sprint prowess, simulating a punchy hard ride. Train your body to recover faster and help you to sit comfortably in a fast-moving peloton
Active recovery ride for acid lactic flushing and muscle activation. A great ride to also work on your riding form. This will help set in all the workouts you have done thus far.
A series of long and steady sweet spot blocks to nudge and improve your ftp score. This is one of the best ways to improve your stamina & fitness
Pyramid-styled high intensity workout to improve your anaerobic capacity. This will give your body the kick it needs to stay in the Red zone longer.
A VO2-max targeted ride to build on your increments of your ftp score. This will improve the efficiency of your cardiovascular system.
A series of steady sweet spot focused blocks to fortify your endurance. This will also help you to ascend steady-long climbs better and/ or to perform better time trials.
